A New Adventure on the Sea – The Pirate’s Ship
Can you see this pirate’s ship? I think so, but I don’t think you can see Me. Well, you can’t because I’m inside that vessel, in a stinky and dirty hold, and at the moment I have the hands tied behind my back with a rope.
If you are wondering how I can write, actually I can’t, there’s someone who is doing for me, my captor: the notorious pirate John Wreckingbones! (pirate’s note: he’s very handsome and sea-smelling man and he’s a great sword swallower – but only if he puts some peanut butter on the edge).
Well, I suppose I should tell you how I ended up on this pirate’s ship (or maybe I’m just an hostage of my fantasy).
Sailing into my Isometric World
I was working at my isometric illustration. It was late at night, the full moon seemed peeking inside the window like an enormous, smiling pale face. I was very thirsty. I got up to get a big glass of water in the kitchen when the light gone out. Only the moon enlightened the room. I heard knocking on the table, for three times. I turned around and I saw the shadow of a man, with a big hat covering his eyes and large mustache, seated with his muddy boots on the table.
(pirate’s note: this is the best part of the story..)
Of course it is for him, ’cause that shadow was John Wreckingbones’ shadow! (pn: Aye! It really was me!).
I didn’t believe my own’s eyes, my first thought was that I had worked too much at my illustration so I couldn’t distinguish between dreams and reality. But when his two adjutants arrived at my back and put me in a big sack, I realized that it wasn’t a mind’s joke..
So, now I’m on the pirate’s ship I have drawn and I don’t know where it will take me..
